  1. I've never seen Utopia live, & being in tx I missed this reunited Utopia Tour 2018. Thanks Jimmy for having them on, this must be a new song, not heard it before. Nice to see Willie, Kasim & Todd together & yes the new keyboard player is a quick study, last minute replacement for Roger Powell. Keep on Rocking TR. cheers

  2. Ever been to a concert where you didn't know the opening band but they kicked absolute ass ? That was Utopia when I saw them open for The Tubes in '85. Todd had a funny line that night, in regards to Live Aid. "We weren't invited to be there, but you can bet your sweet ass Lionel Ritchie will be there".

  3. Ok, rest of the Pop and Rock profession: this is how it is done. Raw voiced harmony (on pitch) backed by melody supporting shifting power chords, driving beat, and guitar solos that make you sit up and notice. If you can't do it, stay in the studio with your auto-tune and drum machines and guide vocals.
